Scope of Work
Provide Design Documents for a Covered Patio Addition consisting of column foundations, 30 ft (±) x 22 ft (±) clear-span architectural truss and vaulted ceiling with asphalt roofing to match existing. Proposed addition extends east from existing game room toward the pool; NE open view is essential. Columns to be covered with stacked stone (final selection by client) with moisture protection. Design of bearing beam over existing game room entry door. Site plan not included. Covered patio electrical (lights, outlets, panel calcs) not included.
